Mr. Casscles has been called “the most knowledgeable wine historian of the Hudson Valley,” and his book has been called the “single best book on hybrid and cold climate grapes available.” As an attorney for the NYS Senate, Mr. Casscles has authored dozens of laws related to the production, distribution, and sale of wine, beer and spirits.
